APP Automated Battery Burst Tester makes evaluating the integrity of the battery case extremely easy. The system is capable of cyclic operation and pressures up to 60,000 PSI. The software automatically detects a leak or burst and creates a report file. The accurate control of high pressure that APP offers has been used to investigate the changes in the battery separator as it is subjected to the high pressures inside a battery case.
