Bubble Point Tester

Description
The PMI Bubble Point Tester provides a fast and accurate measurement of a material's largest through-pore (bubble point). User-friendly and fully-automated, the Bubble Point Tester produces reproducible and precise results.
Principles of Operation
A fully wetted sample is placed in the sample chamber and the chamber is sealed. Gas is then allowed to flow into the chamber behind the sample. The gas pressure is measured. The gas pressure sufficient to push liquid out of the largest pore and initiate gas flow is determined as the bubble point pressure. The bubble point pore diameter is computed from bubble point pressure.
